29 CFR 1910.28(b)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure each employee on a runway or similar walkway is protected from falling 4 feet (1.2 m) or more to a lower level by a guardrail system: a) On or about 1/31/2017, Machine room: The runway between the upper platform on the wet end and the second floor had a section that was not provided with guardrails. b) On or about 2/15/2017, Basement: The runway inside of the collection pit was not provided with guardrails. Abatement documentation is required for these items.
