29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(ii): First responders at the operational level did not receive at least eight hours of training or did not have sufficient experience to objectively demonstrate competency in the areas and/or the employer did not certify: a) MFG Chemicals, Callahan Location: The employer did not ensure that employees participating in emergency response activities were provided training. Employees were exposed to the hazard of a fire/explosion, run away reaction and other hazardous conditions while performing duties involving repairing leaks ,line breaking, clean-up operations and other situation involving small emergency operations.
