29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(iv): Fixtures installed in wet or damp locations were not approved for the purpose and were not so constructed or installed that water could not enter or accumulate in wireways, lamp holders or other electrical parts: (a) Mechanical Debone Meat - On or about July 12, 2016, two LB fittings connecting metal conduit to the side at the top of the control panel had deteriorated causing a hole in each one and were not approved for wet or damp locations. (b) Design System Inc. (DSI) out feed belt- On or about July 13, 2016, an LB connector was not sealed for wet or damp locations because the rubber gasket had been pushed out of place. (c) Ammonia cooling system on the roof - On or about August 9, 2016, two receptacles near the condensers were not approved for wet or damp locations.
