29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. On or about January 26, 2018, at the facility where employees were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards when performing service and maintenance tasks on equipment such as, but not limited to, the shredders without clearly and specifically identifying the procedural steps for controlling the hazardous energy.
