29 CFR 1910.430(b)(4): The output of air compressor systems was not tested for air purity every six months by means of samples taken at the connection to the distribution system: a. Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employer exposed employees to inhalation and drowning hazards, in that the employer failed to test the air compressor systems output for air purity every six months, prior to employees performing underwater diving operations.
