29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: On or about January 26, 2018, at the facility where employees were exposed to amputation and caught-in hazards when performing servicing and maintenance tasks on equipment such as, but not limited to, the shredders and granulators without conducting an annual inspection of the energy control procedures.
