29 CFR 1910.430(g)(1): Gauges indicating diver depth, which can be read at the dive location, were not used for all dives: a. Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards, in that the employer failed to provide gauges indicating the diver depth, which could be read at the dive location, while employees performed underwater diving operations.
