29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: At a worksite located at 2221 N Belcrest Ave Springfield, MO: Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards. a) This was demonstrated on or about January 13, 2021, and at times prior to when a worker had worked with a piece of Hitachi Grinder that was connected to a small extension cord with a three receptacle end that had been daisy-chained together. The electrical cord was also attached to a pedestal fan in the same work area. b) This was demonstrated on or about January 13, 2021, and at times prior to when workers had access to a refrigerator and microwaves that were connected to an extension cord with a two receptacle end that had been daisy-chained together. The electrical cord was also attached to a water fountain in the area.
