29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(iii): Entrances to rooms and other guarded locations containing exposed live parts were not marked with conspicuous warning signs forbidding unqualified persons to enter: a) Near North millwright and West of rail dock: On or about March 4, 2016, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards where two fenced transformer enclosures were not conspicuously identified as containing high-voltage equipment. Abatement Note: Employer completed abatement during inspection.
