29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) 155 Dey Road, Wayne, NJ 07470, Concrete Mixing Drum: Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals and substances, including, but not limited to, Titan Portland Cement, and ProAsh (containing 60-90% silica). The employer did not implement and develop a written hazard communication program, thus exposing employees to hazardous chemicals, on or about, 3/1/17.
