29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) 155 Dey Road, Wayne, NJ 07470, Concrete Mixing Drum: Employees are exposed to hazardous chemicals and substances, including, but not limited to, Titan Portland Cement, ProAsh, and Sika Air. The employer did not provide training, covering the health effects and safe methods and practices to use when working with hazardous chemicals and substances, thus exposing employees to hazardous chemicals, on or about, 3/1/17.
