29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joints or terminal screws: On or about 13 April 2015 and times there prior to the employer failed to ensure that at work areas in the cable shop CWC 231 that cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to the joints or terminals screws which by exposing employees to shock or electrocution hazard.
