29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: (a) Sawmill: The 110 volt start/stop electrical box, for the Chop saw, was damaged/broken on the side of the box, exposing live electrical parts, as determined on or about march 5, 2014. (b) Sawmill: A cover was missing from the front of the 110 volt electrical panel, located in the storage room behind the sawyer, as observed on or about March 5, 2014.
