29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): Industrial truck driver(s) were not required to travel with the load trailing whenever the load obstructed forward view: On or about March 23, 2018, employees were operating the Hyster Model H360XL forklift to transport tanks. The operator could not see around the tanks, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by the forklift.
