29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders were stored near acetylene or other fuel-gas cylinders: a) Maintenance Shop: Employees were exposed to a fire/explosion hazard while performing maintenance and other activities. Two acetylene and one oxygen cylinder were stored together outside the area. b) Shipping and Receiving: Employees were exposed to a fire/explosion hazard while performing activities involving shipping and receiving. Two acetylene and three oxygen cylinders were stored together in the area.
