29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shifts. On or about December 12, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of Mid-America Steel Products, Inc. manufactured trailer parts with the use of chemicals to include but not limited to oils, lubricants, and paint thinners in a metal corrugated building located at or near 909 C. North Missouri Avenue in Corning, Arkansas. The employer did not ensure Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) were readily accessible to employees.
