Bakery: The employer had not provided information and training to employees on chemicals they used in the workplace such as but not limited to SANI-T-10 Plus, Clean Peroxy, Chlorinated degreaser etc., that were used by employees while performing sanitation operations throughout the production area, occurred on or about 05/04/2016.
