29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Laboratory/Office Trailer: On or about October 29, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to shock and fire hazards while using a Relocatable Power Tap in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling. The Relocatable Power Tap was permanently secured to a building structure and was used to substitute fixed wiring.
