29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: (a) Maintenance Shop: A 110 volt electrical outlet providing power to an 12 inch Black and Decker chop saw, was not provided with a protective cover, as determined on or about March 5, 2014. (b) Maintenance Shop: A 110 volt light switch box was not provided with a protective cover, as determined on or about March 5, 2014. (c) Sawmill: A 110 volt receptacle, suspended above the Chop saw was not provided with a protective cover, as determined on or about March 5, 2014. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
