29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: a) On or about 2/16/2017, Motor Control Rooms: Employees required to perform troubleshooting and voltage verification were not provided with personal protective equipment such as, but not limited to arc rated clothing, gloves, and arc rated face shield. Employees were potentially exposed to voltages of up to 2,300 Volts AC. Abatement certification is required for this item.
