29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) For employees working at 20129 Lagente Circle in North Port, as observed on or about June 30, 2015. Employees were observed installing underlayment on a roof with a 5:12 pitch. The eave to ground height measured approximately 20 feet and the employees had no fall protection system in use. The Currier Roofing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315498451, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/08/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 16264 Diamond Bay Dr., Wimauma, FL 33598. The Currier Roofing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314268939, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/02/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 7524/7520 Moorgate Point Way, Naples, FL 34113.
