29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii): Repairs or replacements were not provided promptly as needed for safe operation of crane(s): a) Rail mill: On or about March 4, 2016, and at times prior, workers were exposed to crushing and struck-by injuries from overhead loads while operating and working near the bloom crane and three rail dock cranes while the brakes were not functioning. Evraz Inc. NA was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.179(l)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 895359, citation number 01, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 19, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4001 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, DE 19703.
