29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained in a clean and, so far as possible, a dry condition: a) Warehouse Entrance, on or about 3/14/16: Water was puddled on the floor at the entrance into the Warehouse. b) Shipping/Receiving, on or about 3/14/16: Water was puddled on the floor in the truck bay. The York Metal Toll Processing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958980, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/2/15, with respect to a workplace located at 8 Dwight Park Drive, Syracuse, NY 13209. Abatement documentation must be submitted for these items.
