29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer did not verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification which included the requirements as outlined in 29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): (a) At the Seven Lakes Golf and Tennis complex and others in Fort Myers, where landscaping employees exposed to cuts and amputations were provided leather gloves, safety eye glasses, chaps,hard hats, hearing protection and face shield to perform their tasks. A workplace hazard assessment was not done, on or about October 11, 2017.
