29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer does not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. Frame Q does not ensure that employees use appropriate eye protection when exposed to eye injury hazards, including but not limited to when using tools such as a circular electric saw, an electric drill, a pneumatic nail gun and a hammer. This violation was most recently observed at 417 3rd Street, Palisades Park, NJ, at instance (a): Exterior Framing- where one employee was not wearing any eye protection while engaged in framing activities using a circular electric saw, on or about July 11, 2018. To abate this violation the employer must ensure that its employees performing framing work are protected from eye injury and that no employee is allowed to be exposed to eye injuries without wearing proper eye protection. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d). Frame Q LLC was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.95(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1149505, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/22/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 119 Abbott Ave, Palisades Park, NJ 07650 Frame Q LLC was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.95(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1076348, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/07/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 462 2nd St Palisades Park, NJ 07650 Frame Q LLC was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.95(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1042114, citation number 03, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/07/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 27 Maple Ave, Mahwah, NJ 07430. Frame Q LLC was previously cited SERIOUS for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.95(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 979064, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/25/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 18 Skyline Dr., Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632.
