29 CFR 1910.303(e)(1): Electric equipment was used without the following markings on the equipment: the manufacturer's name, trademark, or other descriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified; and other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary: a) Sun Mountain, Inc. at 140 Commerce Road, Berthoud, Colorado: On or before October 16, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the following markings were been placed on the equipment: the manufacturer's name, trademark, or other descriptive marking by which the organization responsible for the product may be identified; and other markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. The UV vacuum coater machine did not have a manufacturer label/plate listing the required information. This condition exposed employees to electrical and fire hazards. b) Sun Mountain, Inc. at 140 Commerce Road, Berthoud, Colorado: On or before October 16, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the following markings were been placed on the equipment: markings giving voltage, current, wattage, or other ratings as necessary. The Bergamo-Italia Ormachine cold press machine did not have a manufacturer label/plate listing the required information. This condition exposed employees to electrical and fire hazards.
