29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets. The employer is failing to provide employees with adequate Hazard Communication training. The most recent occurrence of this was evident during the inspection on November 7th 2018 at the facility located at 4700 S. Lincoln Ave., York, Nebraska where the employer inadequately trained employees using various hazardous within the scope of their duties without having provided them specific training on the HAZCOM program and Safety Data Sheets.
