29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): Employees were allowed to work on surfaces which did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity: a) On or about December 13, 2018 and at times prior to, employees engaged in roofing work replacing damaged parts of the warehouse roof. The employer allowed employees to remove debris on damaged areas of the roof, exposing the employees to fall hazard of about 40-feet.
