29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 1. Employees performing roofing work on a sloped roof are not protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about December 13, 2018, when employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 20-feet to ground level.
