29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded robustly enough to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): The workers were exposed to an amputation hazard. JOB SITE: 12001 Lackland Road, Saint Louis, MO 63146, a RHAM Brock Crimper, Model: FP100, S/N: 1-07184, 220v/60hz, WATLOW Unit #4097 was not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zones during operating cycle. The workers were exposed to an amputation hazard. WATLOW ELECTRIC MANUFACTURING CO. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1060596, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 5/12/2015, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/27/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Industrial Loop Drive, Hannibal, MO 63401.
