29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c): Location: In a trench located at the intersection of Farm Rd and Macy Rd in Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510(Residential Area - all roads were not closed) a) On or about November 20th, 2019, employees that were working inside an approximately 7ft deep trench by 5ft wide and 12ft long with vertical earth wall were not protected from cave-ins due to no protective system to include but not limited to shoring, sheeting or sloping.
