29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) On or about 02/27/2020 - 8202 Nantucket Circle, Owens Cross Roads, AL, employees working beneath employees utilizing tools while at an elevated position on a fabricated frame scaffold were not wearing hard hats. A&E Masonry, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240073, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/11/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Summerlyn Way, Owens Cross Roads, AL.
