29 CFR 1910.145(e)(2): The wording of any sign was not easily read and concise. The sign did not contain sufficient information to be easily understood: a) Wilson Excavating, 407 East Nashannock Avenue, New Wilmington, PA, equipment storage yard. On or about February 28, 2020, the warning decals and signage on the Down 2 Earth Utility Trailer were not legible. Warning decals were worn and peeling off the trailer making the signage difficult to read. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
