29 CFR 1910.145(f)(8)(i): Biological hazard tags were not used to identify the actual or potential presence of a biological hazard and/or to identify equipment, containers, rooms, experimental animals, or combinations thereof, that contained or were contaminated with hazardous biological agents: a) Unit Two South, 99 Mulford Road, Lafayette, NJ, 07848. The employer did not post biohazard signs on all rooms with residents under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive to alert employees, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), of the hazard, hygiene protocol, and required PPE for room entry. Violation occurred on or about 4/16/2020.
