29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: a) COVID-19 Units on 2 West, PCU (Progressive Care Unit), and 4 East, Montclair Hospital, LLC. A Physician died of SARS-CoV2 Coronavirus Disease on April 18, 2020. The employer failed to report this fatality to OSHA. Violation occurred on or about April 18, 2020.
