On or about 8-11-2020, a nurse (case 2A-01) tested positive for covid-19 and had days away from work. 2. On or about 7-10-2020, a physical med (case 2A-02) tested positive for covid-19 and had days away from work. 3. On or about 6-26-2020, a nurse (case 2A-03) tested positive for covid-19 and had days away from work. 4. On or about 6-26-2020, a nurse (case 2A-04) tested positive for covid-19 and had days away from work. b)Michael E.
