29 CFR 1904.7(b)(6): Employer must record a work-related injury or illness if the worker becomes unconscious, regardless of the length of time the employee remains unconscious. On or about February 13th, 2021, and at times prior thereto, the employer improperly classified an employee injury and did not note the employee loss of consciousness on the OSHA Form 300.
