29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): (a) Location - 168 Albion Street, Wakefield, MA On or about 12/07/21, a powered industrial truck operator did not receive practical training and evaluation as part of the training to operate forklifts. NRP Contractors LLC dba The NRP Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.178(l)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1219724, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/26/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 5310 Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, TX.
