29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1):The employer did not provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels: (a) On or about December 18, 2021 at or near 8953 63rd Street NW in Ross, North Dakota, for the employees exposed to struck by hazards while engaged in rim wheel servicing activities without a tire cage or restraining and using a method of a flammable substance and a torch to inflate a tire.
