29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about 05/02/2022, at 1820 Gulfshore Blvd. North, Naples, Florida, employees working on multiple levels of scaffolding applying concrete stucco to the exterior walls of a structure were not protected by hardhats exposing them to struck-by hazards from falling tools and/or materials. Franco Plastering Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1272881, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/26/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1980 San Marco Road, Marco Island, Florida 34145
