29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: (a) On or about June 1, 2022, at or near 1910 50th Street West Suite H Williston, ND, exit routes located on the west side of the building towards the back of the lab were obstructed by temporary material within the exit route preventing employees from safely exiting the building in the event of an emergency.
