29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) At the fabrication shop located at 1138-1 Pondella Road Cape Coral, Florida: On or about October 19, 2022, the employer did not ensure that they had established and implemented an adequate, effective written respiratory protection program for all employees in their workplace that were provided and required to use disposable filtering facepiece respirators such as Lot Fancy - N95, while performing cut and fabrication work.
