29 CFR 1910.272(g)(2): When entering the grain handling facility bins, silos, or tanks from the top, employees did not wear a body harness with a lifeline, or use a boatswain's chair that met the requirements of Subpart D, 29 CFR 1910.28(j)(a): (a) Highway 82 West, County Road 286 - On or about October 13, 2022, at storage bin number 2, the employees entering the soybean storage bin to unchoke the soybeans were not wearing a full body harness connected to a lifeline throughout the duration of an entry, exposing the employees to an engulfment hazard.
