29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a. At 5909 NW 43rd Ave., Gainesville, Florida, on or about February 20, 2024, the employer failed to report a work-related in-patient hospitalization within twenty-four (24) hours. The hospitalization occurred on February 6, 2024, and was reported to OSHA on February 15, 2024.
