29 CFR 1926.100(a): The employer does not ensure that employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were protected by protective helmets: This violation was most recently observed on 05/18/2012, at a jobsite located at, Hooksett Street, Hampton, NH, 03842 when: (A) Employees, who were exposed to head injury from falling objects, were not wearing head protection. Prior violations referred to include a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard which was contained in: High & Dry Roofing, OSHA Inspection Number 332342, Serious Citation Number 01, Item Number 001a, issued on 05/08/2012, with a final order date of 05/31/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 22 Lafayette Road, North Hampton, 03862. High Top Roofing, OSHA Inspection Number 306944265, Serious Citation Number 01, Item Number 001, issued on 01/05/2004, with a final order date of 01/27/2004, with respect to a workplace located at the Corner of Putnam Street and Flaherty Lane, Manchester, NH, 03101.
