29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(2)(i)(C)(3): Each material safety data sheet (MSDS) for hazardous chemicals did not contain at least the chemical and common name(s) of all ingredients which have been determined to present a physical hazard when present in the mixture: a) The employer did not ensure that each material safety data sheet for materials such as, but not limited to, coagulate 129 and ultroapol 1930 list all the ingredients present in the materials. Employees were exposed to eye and skin irritations while performing batch operations.
