29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was notl protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) Jobsite -1413 South 19th Street - Employees performing stucco operations from the tubular welded scaffold were exposed to fall hazards ranging from 13 to 19 feet above ground level without adequate means of fall protection. Observed on or about 09/11/12. JC CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION #314232984, CITATION 1 ITEM 1a AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 15, 2011 WITH RESPECT TO THE WORKSITE LOCATED AT 1136 S. 23RD STREET, PHILADELPHIA, PA.
