29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: Worksite: The pump jack scaffolds from that employees were working were not installed on base plates, sill plates or other adequate firm foundations. Whole Life Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 590198, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/09/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 44 East Hayestown Rd. Danbury, CT 06811.
