29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. Location - 103 Tremont Street, Peabody, MA: On or about 08/16/2013, employees were not provided with and did not use eye protection while operating pneumatic nail guns. The, Daryl Provencher DBA Provencher Home Improvments was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.102 (a) (1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315871574, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 26 Oakland St., Salem, MA.
