29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: Location: Bag Section Machine operators and Maintenance Technicians were exposed to caught in between hazards while opening, entering, and performing tasks inside the bag machines to include clearing jams and changing blades where specific energy control procedures for the Bag Machines were not developed, documented or utilized. Inteplast Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1275064, citation 2, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/02/2018, with respect to a workplace located at: 5 Otis St. Westborough, MA 01581
